A statement that will not convert

Send us the layout, not the statement. A layout report is enough for us to teach the converter your bank, and it is made in your browser.

1. With the statement open, click Pick the columns.
2. Click Copy a layout report. It is copied to your clipboard, and an email to us opens.
3. Paste the report into the email, read it, and send it.

What the report holds

Where each word and figure sits on the page, and the columns you picked. Every digit is turned into a 9 and, on any line with a figure, every word of four letters or more is turned into x's.

Lines with no figures, such as column headings, are kept as they are so we can see the layout. A line holding only your name or your address would be one of them, so read the report before you send it, and delete any line you would rather we did not see.

Please do not send the statement itself.

Your key, a payment or a refund

A lost key

The lost key form emails it again to the address you paid with. It is quicker than writing to us.

Cancelling, or changing your card

Link, Stripe's checkout service, keeps your subscription, receipts and card. Do either at link.com or from any receipt email.

A refund

Write to us within 30 days of the charge, from the address you paid with. The terms say how it works.

A key that stopped working

Write to us with the key, or the address you paid with, and what the converter said when you pasted it.

What we hold about you

Write from the address you paid or joined the waitlist with, and we will tell you what we hold, correct it or delete it. The privacy page says what that covers.
